If you are a patient and are interested in utilising any of our services you can now self-refer using our referral form or if you have any queries you can contact us for further advice using our contact form and we will be pleased to get back to you. Once we have received your completed referral form we will contact you to book an appointment.
If you are currently being seen by a Physiotherapist; Podiatrist; GP or Chiropractor and they have suggested an advanced assessment and ultrasound scan; guided injection or any other intervention that we provide then please ask them to complete this referral form and send it to us and we can arrange an appointment at a venue close to you.
Please be aware that we only accept self-funding patients and do not currently work with private insurance companies.
